Back to School

It’s been about a month since Imtiyaz last went to school. Two weeks at hospital, another week resting at home, and last week was the school holidays. We were actually contemplating whether we should just keep him off school until year end, mainly due to the H1N1 scare.

But seeing how limited his activities are at home (TV and games the whole day!), we decided it’s best that he resumes school like usual.

So this morning, I was a little bit nervous just thinking of how he’d react. Thankfully enough, he behaved well albeit mentioning several times he’s sleepy and tired. Needed a little bit of coaxing just in front of the classroom, sad face and all, but no drama. So YEAY, first day back to school and all is well.

Love is not blind – It sees more and not less, but because it sees more it is willing to see less.

did he have a haircut? Looks like it.

as for the last quote, timely indeed. Some reflections to be done over the next few days (or perhaps take the route of avoidance, hoping everything will go back to normal). err. I hope i’m making sense as its 4am & i’m mobile blog hopping wth the young lady next to me reading a book. Sahur time. 🙂

    Ms B,
That’s an old photo actually, few months back. But he’s in need of a haircut now, just me hating the drama every time he goes for a haircut, so am putting it on hold for as long as I could 😛

hmmmmm… I think I can guess what kind of reflection you need to do over the next few days. No speculation, just my assumptions. Aci tak? 😉

yups, one of the reasons i chose the school was their facilities for play! if i left him at home with mum, he’ll turn into a couch potato definitely… 😛
