Give me a break!
The weekend is definitely not enough when you get to work on a Monday morning feeling sluggish. Even a half hour workout at the gym won’t perk you up, and yes, you’ve taken all your supplements (which includes a shot of apple cider vinegar with water, folic acid, vit B12, eel oil and berry essence), together with lots and lots of water and several cups of coffee until midday. And the eyes still refuse to open up!
I don’t usually take supplements, but I decided to give them a go recently – mainly to increase my energy levels, and to balance my hormones. And yes, the most obvious benefit from it all is the menses is right on time this month!😛
My point is just that I need a vacation now, BIG TIME!
